You can take back control.

Therapy for anxiety

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or not quite like yourself?

Anxiety can show up in many ways, racing thoughts, tension in your body, trouble focusing or a constant sense that something could go wrong. It’s exhausting to feel like you’re always on and it can make everyday life feel heavier than it should.

Maybe you’re here because…

  • You can’t sit still even when you want to relax

  • You second-guess every decision at work or home

  • Your chest feels tight, your stomach twists or your heart races

  • You replay “what if” scenarios over and over in your mind

You’re ready to feel calmer, in control and like yourself again.

How therapy works

Learn to respond to anxiety differently.

Therapy can feel like one more thing you have to do, especially when your mind and body are already full.

In reality, it’s a space designed to support you, not overwhelm you.

In sessions, we focus on noticing how your body, thoughts and emotions respond in anxious moments. Using evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic therapy, and other neuroscience-informed techniques, we help you track physical sensations, challenge anxious thoughts and practice ways to respond differently to stress. You’ll gain tools to calm your nervous system, manage racing thoughts and feel more present in your daily life.

Therapy is collaborative. You set the pace, and I’m here to guide and support you. Together, we explore strategies and find what works best for you.

Therapy for anxiety can help you…

  • Feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions

  • Regulate your nervous system in moments of stress

  • Reduce overwhelm and constant overthinking

  • Understand and process the root of your anxiety

  • Feel more like yourself again

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” - Victor Frankl
